As of late I've been so determined on getting my mind, body, and spirit aligned. When you constantly wake up feeling tired, anxious, and sick you begin making changes and you make them fast.
It's 3:17 p.m. precisely and I feel content. I've been drinking water since waking up and since then have had one juice that I made this morning. The juice included spinach, kale, pineapples, and cilantro. It was pretty welcoming. I have a good five or so more hours before going to bed in hopes of arising at around 5:30 a.m. to meditate and pray.
I sincerely hope that any journey you're embarking upon, you find shelter and peace in it. Complete your walk your path one step at a time and before you know it, you'll be just where you'd hoped.
