Another Day to do BetterWe can't always control everything that happens within our day, but we can make provisions for the next one. When we experience disappointments we often internalize them and anticipate for things to go wrong on a daily basis, settling for spurts of goodness. It doesn't have to be this way.
At the end of each day it is important to take some time and reflect on the things that took place in it. If something happened that you're unhappy with and it's in your power to produce a different result, prepare to do that when faced with that particular circumstance again. This will stop a lot of repeating the same bad situations over and over again. We tend to never learn how to deal with our daily issues because we don't take the time out to analyze them. Venting is one thing, but taking the initiative to fix them is another. So before you go to sleep tonight, meditate a little, read a little, and pray. Many clouds of confusion may be removed. You'll be surprised to know that most problems are solved when it's just you and God. Thanks for reading. Davina S.
