There will be times when things do not go our way, but that can sometimes prove to be a good thing. I can't tell you how many times I thought that I wanted something or someone, only to find out that it was better for me to just walk away from it.

We have made it half way through the work week. For the entrepreneur who is working a 9 to 5, that means we have a weekend filled with bringing our creative ideas into fruition to look forward to. For the established business owner, perhaps it's the rest that you're looking forward to. No matter what your title is, we can all agree that Wednesday's make us weekend ready. So with that being said, get excited about finishing up that work project that you've been slacking on because your time to pop the cork is only two days away.

I've heard of instances where children experienced leg pains as their limbs began to stretch. As adults, we feel a different kind of pain when we're faced with challenges that alter how we're accustomed to dealing with certain matters. As experience teaches us lessons, we can find ourselves feeling the emotional toil that accompanies growth and change. Don't let this detour you from becoming your best self. It's never too late to start over. We fall, we get up. We fail, so we try again. Don't ever get tired of pushing when it necessitates. All great success stories start off with a learning process that usually includes failing to a certain degree. Don't use these moments to judge and ridicule yourself for trying, but use them as a mechanism for building strength and learning.
I've had to learn that not all things worth while come easy. Habits have to be broken and discipline has to be institutionalized in order to manifest our goals and desires. As we pursue, with determination, to accomplish everything that we've set out to accomplish this year, let's do it with a new mindset. You'll win, even if that means beginning again.
