No this isn't just blue, but it's ultramarine blue. Once a very expensive pigment before a synthetic ultramarine was invented in 1826, is now available at an affordable price but with that same expensive look. I'm never swayed by name, price or brand, but this color just screams rich! Pretty, pretty, pretty!
