Start Your Morning Off Right!

I started this morning off with a banana smoothie mixed with my favorite super greens and a table spoon of chia seeds. They say, " It's not how you start, but how you finish" but when it comes to having a healthy start of your day, take that saying and reverse it. Smoothies are a quick and easy way to get all of the nutrients that are housed within some of our favorite fruits. So if you aren't a big breakfast eater, consider jump starting your morning with a blend of your choice of fruits and vegetables.

Hi Sheila! Chia seeds are a good source of omega 3 fatty acids, iron, antioxidants, and fiber (which is good for digestion). Super greens are a blend of nutritious greens. It’s full of digestive enzymes and probiotics which are great for you.
