Can you say, "We're almost there?" Today I can honestly say, workout wise, I pushed myself the hardest. Strength training is difficult but when you haven't been very active in years, cardio can be a monster. I found myself pausing the stream a few times because I didn't want to skip any of the exercises but that's okay. I finished!
For lunch I had a delicious hearty salad (I will post pictures on day seven). After I completed my workout, I had a strawberry banana smoothie with a tablespoon of green machine powder. Of course, I had my almonds as a snack throughout the day.
I noticed that I haven't been doing a lot of journaling this week, which I intended to. But I have been doing a lot of self-examining and meditating. During while I discovered that at a certain age, you just become more accepting of who you are.
